SatoshiPay Ltd has issued an invoice to the Pendulum Foundation for the period **1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025** in the amount of **120,000 USD**, payable in **PEN** at the applicable **EMA30 rate of 0.016 USD per PEN**, corresponding to a payment amount of **7,500,000 PEN**.

SatoshiPay voluntarily accepts a lock-up of the tokens, so the payment will be executed in locked PEN with a lock-up period of one year.

### **Scope of Services (High Level Summary)**

The services rendered comprise operational and biz-dev support, protocol maintenance, governance execution and multisig administration for the Pendulum and Amplitude networks during the 2025 financial year. This includes the coordination of runtime upgrades, bridge related operations, participation in on chain governance processes, token related operational support including DEX and CEX communications, facilitation of OTC token transactions, handling of payments, and operational support relating to the implementation of the Pendulum Tokenomics 2.0 update. The activities performed form part of the ongoing operational framework required to maintain the functional stability of the protocol throughout the reporting period.

This proposal aims to enhance smoldot light client functionality and reliability within the Polkadot ecosystem. Led by Pierre Krieger, it aims to improve security, user experience, and developer tools. Previous milestones include web worker support and child tries implementation. The upcoming quarter focuses on maintenance, refining discovery processes, refactoring syncing code, and implementing JSON-RPC for full node. Totaling 240 hours, the budget emphasizes code quality over strict milestone completion.
