This root transaction is for opening two new Zenlink pairs for the asset pairs *PEN/Assethub-USDC* and *PEN/axlUSDC.*&#x20;

These pairs facilitate the access and trading of the PEN token for USD stablecoins directly on Pendulum. This allows swapping of small amounts of USD-like coins, without having the need to bridge to Hydration first, which is economically unfeasible for smaller amounts.&#x20;
