With the recent announcement from Blue Star Capital. The team now has a way to add 500,000 PEN to the isolated pool on Hydration without selling PEN to balance the amount to 50 percent PEN and 50 percent DOT.

&#x20;The PEN token does not meet the required criteria to become a part of the omnipool on Hydration. As of right now, the omnipool is a not an option.

There should be at least 500,000 PEN taken from the treasury (Around $14403.5 worth of PEN) and the same amount taken from the funds raised by Blue Star Capital in order to provide sufficient liquidity into the isolated pool on Hydration. This should not cause sell pressure as mentioned in one of the telegram messages concerning sell pressure.
