**First Governance Proposal On Amplitude / Pendulum**

Both Parachains do currently not have an on-chain Registrar for the on-chain Identities.

**What does the Registrar do?**

He offers a verification process. The collator (or delegator) can requestJudgement() from the Registrar to get his identity details confirmed. The Identity contains information like email, discord, twitter. How can this be proven to belong to that account? One sends a challenge/secret to each of the provided channels and then asks the requester to either sign these challenges with his wallet or paste them onto the chain with a system.remark() from the requesting account.

**But the usually has no time to do this**

Gotcha! I am an experienced Registrar (id 0) on Basilisk and HydraDX and would volunteer to be your Registrar FREE OF CHARGE (each on-chain registrar can set a fee for the service) .

**How can we get this rolling?**

Already kicked it off by putting a governance proposal to both chains to add me as registrar. And by doing so I took virginity from the gov module 😏 You will find both as "Proposal 0".
