**Description**

Following last year’s successful integration of the Pendulum network into the Subscan block explorer, the Subscan team has continued to operate, maintain, and support the service. This proposal seeks to fund the associated operational costs for the current contract term (01/05/2025–30/04/2026), based on Subscan’s invoice dated 16 May 2025. The payment terms have been mutually agreed upon as follows:

**Context**

In 2024, Pendulum paid Subscan a total of $37,540.80 for both integration and one year of operation, partially in PEN tokens. This new proposal continues that collaboration based on mutual agreement with Subscan and reflects a revised cost structure focused solely on ongoing operation and maintenance.

Subscan remains a critical piece of Pendulum’s infrastructure, providing accessible and reliable visibility into chain data for developers, users, and ecosystem partners.
